Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)

Total delivery time: 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.

If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 90 calendar days after delivery. Both defective and non-defective products are accepted. Non-defective returns must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may be opened or tested only as reasonably necessary to identify the issue. Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return. For every approved return that must be shipped, Vebtools provides a prepaid downloadable return label at no cost to the customer. Vebtools covers return-shipping costs for eligible defective and non-defective returns. Please contact us before sending any item back.
