Return Eligibility

Return shipping is free.

For every approved return that must be shipped, Vebtools provides a prepaid downloadable return label at no cost to the customer. Vebtools covers the return-shipping cost for eligible defective and non-defective returns.

You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Both defective and non-defective products are accepted
  • Non-defective returns must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may be opened or tested only as reasonably necessary to identify the problem. Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Once we verify that the return meets the eligibility requirements above, we will email the return instructions. If the item must be shipped, Vebtools will provide a prepaid downloadable return label at no cost to the customer. Please do not ship the item before receiving these instructions because the return location and carrier may vary by product.

Step 3: Return the Item

Attach the prepaid return label to the package and take it to the carrier drop-off location specified in the return instructions. Tracking is included with the prepaid label.

Refund Process

  • Returned items are inspected within 72 hours after Vebtools receives them. If the return meets our eligibility requirements, the customer will receive the refund to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after Vebtools receives the returned item. No restocking fee is charged..

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 90 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us before returning the item
  • The item must meet the return eligibility requirements

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a full refund instead.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged:
