Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped.

If your cancellation request is received and confirmed before shipment, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you still wish to return the item after delivery, your request will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Ordered the Wrong Item?

If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, the return process will apply in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations by Vebtools

In limited cases, we may need to cancel an order before shipment due to:

  • Item unavailability
  • Payment verification issues
  • Incorrect or unverifiable shipping information
  • Pricing or listing errors

If this occurs, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund After Cancellation

If a cancellation is confirmed before shipment, Vebtools will issue a full refund to the original payment method. The customer will receive the refund within 7 calendar days after Vebtools confirms the cancellation. No cancellation fee is charged. We will email the customer after the refund has been issued.
